Confirm that your device is working correctly in the Nanoleaf app. If it is, remove your devices and Nanoleaf from your Linked Services in the SmartThings app’s settings before re-adding.  If your Nanoleaf device or app is not responding as expected, visit us using the Contact the Manufacturer button below.
